Description

This Nauticat 441 was personally configured by her current owner and delivered in 2012. Since then, the yacht has been used exclusively for private cruising and only for three holiday trips on the Dutch IJsselmeer. As a result, the yacht presents herself today in exceptionally well-maintained condition with virtually no visible signs of wear throughout the interior. The woodwork, surfaces, upholstery and technical areas all convey the impression of a lightly used vessel. The thoughtfully designed concept of the Nauticat 441 becomes apparent as soon as you step on deck. The raised cockpit provides excellent visibility over the entire yacht while also offering a safe and protected steering position underway. All lines and sails can be handled conveniently directly from the cockpit, making the yacht very easy to maneuver even with a small crew or when sailing short-handed. The cockpit table was recently renewed and remains unused. The wide starboard side deck leads into the interior and directly into the spacious deck saloon. Alternatively, access is also possible from the port side, where part of the seating area can be folded away to create an entrance. The saloon forms the heart of the yacht and, thanks to the large windows, offers an exceptionally bright and open atmosphere. Even while seated, one enjoys excellent panoramic visibility to the outside. The fully equipped interior helm station is also located in the saloon. All navigation equipment is duplicated, allowing the yacht to be operated safely and comfortably from the protected interior, even in poor weather conditions. Especially on longer passages or in northern cruising areas, the Nauticat truly demonstrates one of her greatest strengths: she feels far more like a small ship than a conventional sailing yacht. A few steps down aft is the spacious owner’s cabin. The freestanding island berth creates a sense of space rarely found in yachts of this size. Numerous lockers, shelves and storage compartments provide ample room for extended stays aboard. Particularly comfortable is the arrangement of the sanitary areas: a separate toilet is located to starboard, while the separate shower compartment with integrated washing machine is positioned opposite on the port side. The entire cabin feels warm, elegant and nearly unused. Moving forward from the saloon and down a few steps, one reaches the exceptionally well-equipped galley on the port side. The galley features high-quality Miele built-in appliances that have seen very little use and offers generous worktop and storage space. The layout and equipment leave little to be desired, even for extended cruising or living aboard. Opposite the galley on the starboard side is an additional comfortable seating area. The table can be lowered, converting this area into an additional berth if required. In the bow, the second cabin features a spacious V-berth double bed. Here again, the Nauticat impresses with abundant storage space and a highly practical layout. Just like the owner’s cabin, the guest cabin benefits from a separate toilet and an independent shower compartment on the opposite side. This arrangement provides a high level of privacy and makes the yacht ideal for cruising with guests or for extended stays aboard without compromising personal comfort. Underway, the Nauticat 441 impresses with her calm and confident handling characteristics. At a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 7.5 knots, fuel consumption is only around 5 litres per hour. Combined with the large fuel capacity, this results in an impressive cruising range, making the yacht perfectly suited for long-distance cruising and comfortable passagemaking. In addition, the high-quality original North Sails sails remain in very good condition due to the yacht’s extremely light use. The Nauticat 441 is currently located in Heiligenhafen, Germany and can be viewed at any time by prior appointment.

Our broker's comment

During our sea trial, the Nauticat 441 immediately impressed me with her calm, safe and exceptionally comfortable handling characteristics. The yacht is surprisingly easy to operate both under sail and under engine, always conveying a confident and reassuring feeling. What impressed me most was the inviting interior with its bright deck saloon and protected inside helm station. My personal highlight was the spacious owner’s cabin aft. The layout, the island berth and the nearly unused condition create an exceptionally high-quality atmosphere throughout. Overall, this Nauticat 441 leaves an extremely well-maintained and lightly used impression and is perfectly suited for comfortable living aboard.

Our broker's comment
